It is capable of shooting stills in a lossless compressed raw format. - and the M240 in color. Some cards are woefully slow. Its user interface is simple, uncluttered and largely very logical. Fortunately, whilst the control of ISO isnt quite perfect, I have found the way exposure compensation works on the Leica M262 to be a big step up from the M9.
