Gordon travels to New York City to help a struggling Indian restaurant correct their substandard food, bad management practices, and poor state of the kitchen and food storage. Gordon visits an Italian restaurant run by two immature twin brothers. Despite deteriorating furniture, a filthy restaurant, and unappetizing food, he's able to inspire the brothers into raising their standards.
